View of a golf ball falling into the hole from underground. This image was licensed for many commercial uses; to create the cover image for the movie "Happy Gilmore" starring Adam Sandler, for NBC Sports and for many others.
This shot was created for a golf course under construction, captured "as-is" with a Mamiya 6X7 using Fuji slides before retouching was feasible. The only cloud in the empty blue sky just so happened to set course right over the setup, making all the difference in the world. Drum scanned from 6X7cm Fuji slide film.
This photograph is available both in horizontal and square formats; this is the horizontal version.
